A popular sports personality is nearing her return to the sidelines.
NFL Network reporter and WFAN voice Kim Jones has been released from a Northern Virginia hospital’s vascular unit after an unclear condition kept her out of commission for a couple weeks.
“The surgeons saved my life…against big odds,” Jones said in a video posted Wednesday to her Instagram account.
“Leaving for now the wonderful folks at Inova Fairfax Heart & Vascular,” Jones wrote in the video caption.
Jones, who often makes appearances as a host on the local airwaves and spent time as a Giants and Yankees beat reporter, said she had “almost died” in a a video shared to social media on Thanksgiving.
“Great doctors saved my life — but that’s for another day,” she said then.
It’s unclear when exactly Jones will return to action.
