Researchers at the University of Washington have connected the brains of three different people, enabling them to solve a puzzle without seeing or speaking to each other.

If they could get BrainNet up and running in Albany, the three men in a room (which could become two men and one woman) who shut out the public and negotiate behind closed doors would have an even easier time running the show.
