A teenage robber who threw two elderly Bronx women to the ground made the mistake of using one of his victim’s credit cards — and that helped lead to his capture Thursday, cops said.
Abdoul Bah, 16, is accused of taking a 76-year-old woman’s purse at gunpoint and shoving her onto the pavement Tuesday afternoon. The woman’s 75-year-old friend tried to fight him off with an umbrella, but he tossed her to the ground as well, cops said.
The teen pulled up to the victims on Martha Ave. and E. 240th St. in Woodlawn Heights in a stolen Toyota Rav 4, cops said.
He was behind the wheel of the hot SUV when police caught him.
Cops found Bah by tracking the SUV, and through a purchase he made with the 76-year-old’s credit card, cops said.
