Worst moving day ever.
A 24-year-old man in Ontario lost control of a moving truck amounting to what Canadian news outlet Bay Today is calling a “truck-house collision.”
The large Penske truck appears to have been driven into a ditch before hitting a power pole, which sent it airborne and onto the roof of a home along Highway 64 in French River, Ontario.
Police reportedly cited the truck’s operator for “careless driving” because of the mishap that happened Monday around 5 p.m.
“The eastbound commercial motor vehicle drove off the roadway into a driveway culvert and then struck a hydro pole which caused the back of the vehicle to lift up and land on the roof of a house,” police said.
No one was home at the time of the crash and neither the truck’s driver and his passenger were not injured.
