A food services employee at Detroit’s Comerica Park was fired — and later arrested — after video shows him spitting on a pizza then rubbing sauce on it.

The worker, identified as Jaylon Kerley, is seen spitting on pizza that was apparently intended for customers.

The video has been shared more than 60,000 times on Facebook.

The incident took place Friday, when the Tigers hosted the Kansas City Royals, according to WWJ-AM.

“As soon as we became aware through social media of potential food tampering Friday night, we immediately closed that food stand and disposed of all the product. Food safety is out top priority and we will take any appropriate action necessary for our guest,” Detroit Sportservice, provider of food service at the ballpark, said in a statement.

Kerley is set to be arraigned in court Monday.
