A drunk passenger was banned from a Russian airline after he verbally and physically assaulted staff, at one point even breaking a crew member’s leg, according to the airline.

The passenger, who was not named, was “in an intoxicated state” when he boarded Aeroflot flight SU1307 to Moscow. He then allegedly proceeded to be “verbally and physically abusive to Aeroflot staff and other passengers," the statement read, according to USA Today. “One of our employees suffered a broken leg as a result.”

A video of the incident shows the passenger becoming confrontational with a staff member who tried to stop the man from touching a woman recording him.

“Shall I smash your face?” the passenger says. He can then be seen taking a swing at the employee.

Aeroflot said he was banned “for the maximum period of time allowed by Russian law.”

The airline also plans to pursue legal action.

Police were called to the scene and the passenger was removed from the flight.
