A three-story townhouse under construction outside of Dallas collapsed late Monday afternoon, killing one person.
About 20 or 30 workers were at the construction zone when the building came down, according to WFAA.
Five other people were hospitalized with non-threatening injuries, including cuts and bruises and broken bones.
The townhouse is part of the Megatel Homes development SoHo Square, just west of downtown.
In June, Megatel CEO Zach Ipour told the Dallas Morning News that the first phase of the complex will have 229 townhouses and single-family homes, which will start at $250,000.
