RAIDERS at 49ERS
8:20 p.m., Niners by 3 1/2, 47
HANK’S HONEYS: The final Battle of the Bay smells like dead fish washing up on the shore. Even a Jets-Giants matchup at this stage would have more appeal. But at least the Raiders have some semblance of an offense and in a QB matchup between the still-trying Derek Carr and the regressing C.J. Beathard, we’re going with the legitimate starter, especially after an impressive day against the Colts and considering that the Niners are allowing over 260 ypg through the air. The Raiders have been falling apart in the fourth quarter all year but they might have a big enough lead here to hold on. The Raiders are 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12 games as an underdog but the 49ers are even worse ATS as a favorite — 1-14 in their last 15 games. Hold your noses.
IF I WERE A BETTING MAN: Raiders and the over.
