N.C. State’s Kelvin Harmon wasn’t one of the fastest wide receivers at the 2019 NFL Combine, but that shouldn’t stop him from becoming one of the first wideouts selected in the 2019 NFL Draft.
The junior’s time of 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash didn’t blow scouts away, but his game film should help get his name called on day one.
Harmon’s big frame makes him an immediate red zone target upon entering the NFL and a matchup nightmare for cornerbacks.
During his final season at N.C. State, Harmon caught 81 passes for 1,186 yards and seven touchdowns.
