A Milwaukee man fatally shot a woman and abducted their 2-year-old daughter, according to authorities.

Dariaz Higgins, 34, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide on Tuesday, and is considered armed and dangerous. Cops say he killed Sierra Robinson, 24, and wounded another woman in Milwaukee the day before.

He is also wanted for taking his 2-year-old daughter. An Amber Alert was issued Monday night for Neolani Robinson, who was last seen with her father.

The wounded woman told investigators that the suspect had formerly been the pimp for her and for Sierra Robinson, according to the criminal complaint obtained by the Daily News. When Robinson no longer wanted to be with him, she moved to Las Vegas, and tried to get the baby from Higgins, according to authorities.

Higgins agreed to give Robinson the baby, the woman told cops, and Robinson returned to Milwaukee. When the two women met with him on Monday, the child was not there, authorities say.

“The three of them drove around, smoking weed, drinking, and talking about old times,” read the complaint.

Higgins told Robinson that they should get back together, and she agreed, according to the wounded woman’s account.

While they were driving around, the wounded woman said she noticed that Higgins had a “small, mini Draco AK style rifle” in the driver’s map pocket.

After Higgins told them where Neolani was and drove them to an apartment building, the woman said she heard gunshots. She “immediately felt pain to her stomach and she looked back” and saw Higgins holding the weapon and shooting at the both of them. Higgins would drive away.

Sierra Robinson was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds, including one in her chest.

Cops say Higgins was driving a dark SUV, possibly a Nissan.
