A Queens man was fatally stabbed Friday night outside his home in what police are investigating as a domestic dispute turned violent.

Cops responding to a 911 call made just before 10 p.m. by the victim, George Bartoli, 70, found him face down in his Queens Village driveway at 220-12 104th Avenue with stab wounds to his neck, police said.

He was taken to Long Island Jewish Hospital, where he died.

Neighbors said Bartoli rents a room in the house from the owner, who also lives there.

“They’re always sitting on the porch talking quietly. You don’t hear anything. You just see the TV on or see them on the porch. They always say hi, both of them, always speak to us,” the neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, said.

Investigators found a knife on the 220th Street, about 50 yards from the home.
