Skip the trendy brunch spot lines and head for the takeout window.

KFC is launching Kentucky Fried Chicken & Waffles nationwide Monday, here for just a limited time.

The indulgent dish had previously only been available at a few of the fast food chain’s locations in North Carolina where they were being tested in June and July.

Apparently it was a hit, since it’ll roll out across the country next week through Dec. 31.

“Our famous extra crispy, savory fried chicken atop a Belgian Liege-style waffle, with the finishing touch of classic Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup, makes for a scrumptious dish I’d put up against versions at upscale restaurants, but we’re offering it at a price just about anyone can afford,” Andrea Zahumensky, KFC’s Chief Marketing Officer, said in a statement. “And it can be enjoyed at KFCs across the country for brunch, lunch or dinner.”

The poultry company claims that the waffle recipe was developed to pair perfectly with its Extra Crispy fried chicken recipe. The waffles are made with pearl sugar imported from Belgium, which KFC says creates a sweet and crunchy outer texture.

Chicken & Waffles will be offered as several different serving options. As $5.49 meals, a waffle will be topped with KFC’s Extra Crispy fried chicken or Extra Crispy chicken tenders with a side of Mrs. Butterworth’s syrup. You can add an additional waffle and more chicken pieces for a $7.99 Big Basket meal.

It’s also available as a sandwich with the brand’s new sweet-heat Hot Honey fried chicken resting between two waffles for $5.99, or as a combo meal with a drink and potato wedges for $7.99.
