Who says there’s no such thing as a free meal?
In honor of National Cheeseburger Day on Sept. 18, Black Tap is giving away free versions of the greasy grub, along with a side of fries, for those who get there early enough.
For the uber-American holiday, which falls next Wednesday, the fancy burger chain will serve up the freebies at selection locations to the first 100 guests who order the brand’s All-American Burger. The promotion will be offered at all three Manhattan locations (Soho, Midtown and Herald Square), as well as the Las Vegas location inside The Venetian Resort. Eateries in Singapore and some spots in the Middle East will also offer a version of the deal.
The All-American Burger is topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, a pickle and a house-made sauce. It normally sells for $16 at the Herald Square location.
Hours for the restaurants vary by location, so find out what time your local joint opens before you head over and get in line early to be among the first 100.
And of course, if you want one of Black Tap’s famous over-the-top CrazyShake milkshakes — crammed with everything from cake to cotton candy — you’ll have to fork over cash for them.
