Harvey Weinstein’s family driver was arrested Thursday after he got into a fracas with a photographer, police said.

Cristvao Proenca, 44, damaged shutterbug Jason Winslow’s camera on W. 11th St., near Greenwich Ave., in Greenwich Village, cops said.

Winslow, 42, was standing by with his lens when Proenca picked up the former movie mogul’s estranged wife, Georgina Chapman, and their daughter shortly before 11:30 a.m., authorities said.

When the three of them drove off, Winslow followed them in his own car, cops said. They stopped on W. 11th St., Proenca got out of his car and snatched Winslow’s camera, allegedly damaging the equipment.

Proenca is charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
