This Eagles fan isn’t horsing around.

Andrew Tornetta, whose bloodied face went viral after his arrest for allegedly punching a four-legged officer, is suing the Super Bowl champs and police, according to TMZ.

The 19-year-old claims he was beaten up by cops for no reason before the Eagles put their own 31-point beatdown on the Vikings in the NFC Championship.

Tornetta was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related charges, police said.

Charges were dropped after he completed 12 hours of community service, but Tornetta is demanding restitution for the injuries and social media backlash he suffered afterward.

The alleged incident took place just a week after 22-year-old Taylor Hendricks was also booked for also striking a horse.
