A man cops say killed his 24-year-old ex-girlfriend in a hail of bullets on a Brooklyn street turned himself in early Monday to face charges, cops said.

Gabriel Rivas, 26, showed up at the 83rd Precinct stationhouse hours after Sade Sanchez was shot to death in front of her home on Menahan St. near St. Nicholas Ave. in Bushwick, cops said.

The fusillade of bullets hit Sanchez in the neck, chest, shoulder and stomach about 10:25 p.m. Sunday, police said. She died about 15 minutes later at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.

Cops quickly identified Rivas as a suspect and released his photo, asking the public’s help tracking him down.

A large group of anguished relatives remained gathered outside the victim’s home Monday morning.

“They caught him and that’s the main thing,” one relative said.
