‘Clueless’ star Stacey Dash arrested in Florida on domestic battery charge

“Clueless” star Stacey Dash was arrested on a domestic battery charge Sunday following an incident in Florida.

The actress, 52, is accused of pushing an unidentified man and slapping him in the face after getting into a “verbal argument” with him, according to a Pasco Sheriff’s Office police report obtained by the Daily News.

The dispute began around 7:45 p.m. Sunday.

“The victim sustained red scratch marks to his left upper arm from being pushed,” the sheriff’s report reads. “The defendant was taken into custody for domestic battery and transported to the Land O Lakes Detention Facility without further incident.”

Dash was released on a $500 bond late Monday morning.

Law enforcement officials are not revealing the identity of the man involved in the dispute since he’s an alleged victim of domestic violence, nor are they revealing his relationship to Dash.

On Monday, officials released body-cam footage showing Dash being taken to a police car by an officer with her hands behind her back.

“Am I being arrested?” Dash asks during the nearly two-and-a-half-minute clip.

She later told the officer that she is an actress when he asked what she does for work, mentioning she appeared in the 1995 rom-com “Clueless,” before saying she previously served as a contributor to Fox News.

A manager for Dash told the Daily News that the actress would not be releasing a statement at this time. Another manager for Dash, meanwhile, told TMZ that the actress was acting in self-defense after being attacked first during the dispute.

Dash portrayed Dionne Davenport in “Clueless," which also starred Alicia Silverstone, Paul Rudd and Brittany Murphy.

She transitioned to a career as a conservative commentator years later, making appearances on Fox News as a contributor between 2014 and 2017. She briefly ran for Congress in Southern California as a member of the Republican Party last year before withdrawing her bid about a month after announcing it.
