An off-duty city firefighter was arrested for drunken driving early Saturday moments after he pulled out of a parking spot in Brooklyn, officials said.

Peter Beltran, 32, was pulled over for failing to signal as he pulled away from the spot into traffic on Bay Ridge Parkway near Fourth Ave. in Bay Ridge at about 1 a.m., according to police.

When cops stopped Beltran, he appeared intoxicated, but the smokeeater refused to take a breathalyzer test, officials said.

Police charged him with drunken driving and other violations.

His arraignment was pending in Brooklyn Criminal Court Saturday.
