A Bronx woman cops say fatally struck an 85-year-old woman was charged Wednesday — three months after the crash.

Marilyn Mateo, 44, was busted for failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to exercise due care.

On Dec. 16, Mateo, driving a 2014 Nissan sedan, was turning onto E. Tremont Ave. from Miles Ave. in Throgs Neck when she struck Maria Frasca, according to cops.

The victim was crossing the street just down the block from her home when she was struck.

Frasca was conscious and alert when she was taken Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, but she took a turn for the worse and died there later that day, officials said.

Mateo, who lives just a few blocks from Frasca’s home, stayed at the scene and was not initially arrested.

But police said Mateo was given a summons Wednesday after prosecutors reviewed all the evidence, including video.
