A Bronx teen, who was stabbed on both sides of his neck, made a desperate attempt to seek medical help by running to a nearby hospital after the attack but only to succumb to his wounds.
Guzman-Feliz, Lesandro, 15, got into a verbal altercation with two or three male suspects late Wednesday night before it turned fatal, according to cops.
Lesandro was able to run a block to St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx following the stabbing, but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
It’s unclear what caused the argument, police said.
Sources say the suspects were seen on video surveillance wearing what appears to be gang colors.
No arrests have yet been made and the investigation is ongoing.
