Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. — accused of groping a woman in a Midtown club — will sit down with cops to talk about the alleged sex assault, according to a report Wednesday.

The “Boyz N’ the Hood” actor has denied the accusations, but plans to meet with NYPD officers Thursday, TMZ said.

He’s agreed to be interviewed about a woman’s claims that he groped her at the Magic Hour rooftop bar on Seventh Ave. and W. 36th St. on June 9.

Sources close to the actor said that Gooding is expected to be charged with misdemeanor forcible touching.

But in a video also released on TMZ, Gooding, 51, denied the allegations.

“I trust the system and I’m going to let the process speak for itself,” Gooding said as he greeted fans Tuesday night while boarding a flight to New York. “There’s a tape that shows what really happened. You have to have faith in what people say."

Gooding admitted to being in the club, taking photos with fans and leaving.

But a 29-year-old woman told police that Gooding grabbed her breasts, according to sources with knowledge of the case.

She told police that she immediately started yelling at the “Radio” star after being groped, then left the bar to call 911.

When police showed up, Gooding was gone.

The NYPD Special Victims Squad is investigating the allegations.
