Two women wounded when gunman sprays bullets in Brooklyn

2019-09-24

Two women, two bullets.

An unknown gunslinger shot two women in Brooklyn Monday, cops said.

A 50-year-old woman was struck in the arm and a 26-year-old woman was hit in the leg just before 6 p.m. when the shooter sprayed a leafy block in Flatbush.

Shell casings littered two crime scenes on E. 21st St. between Ditmas Ave. and Dorchester Rd., said a police source.

The older woman was found bleeding on Ditmas Ave. The younger woman staggered around the corner to Ocean Ave. where she collapsed.

It was unclear if either woman was an intended target or even connected with one another, cops said.

Both women were taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. Police did not release the womens’ names.

Cops were still seeking witnesses last night. There have been no arrests, polices said.
