Two suspects identified in $4 million NYC jewelry shop heist

Two suspects sought in a daring caught-on-camera gunpoint Diamond District heist were identified by the NYPD Tuesday.

Jaysean Sutton, 39, and Pedro Davila, 27, are wanted in the brazen Aug. 25 gunpoint robbery at Avianne & Co., a jewelry store with a celebrity clientele that includes Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber.

Cops now estimate the crooks got away with $4 million worth of goods.

The robbers posed as customers before forcing workers to the floor and binding them with duct tape and zip ties, police said. Sutton wore a suit and fedora and Davila donned a black bucket hat while an accomplice who has not been identified wore a red-and-black bandana on his head, according to cops.

Cops are asking the public’s help rounding up all three suspects.

Sutton, who is 6-feet tall and 180 pounds, is known to hang out in East New York, Brooklyn, police said. Davila is 6-foot-2 and 270 pounds and frequents Mott Haven in the Bronx, according to cops.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
