NYC teen stabbed twice in front of his Bronx high school

A Bronx teen was jumped and stabbed just after leaving the DeWitt Clinton High School campus on Wednesday.

The victim, a 16-year-old student at the high school at 100 Moshulu Parkway, was surrounded by 10 people just after afternoon dismissal, cops said. The suspects stole his cell phone before stabbing him in the face and chest, cops said.

The student was immediately transported to Jacobi Medical Center and accompanied by school staff, Education Department officials said. He’s in stable condition.

DeWitt Clinton has long struggled with safety issues, recording the highest number of weapon seizures in 2012, and the highest number of student arrests in 2015.
