The death of a Queens woman found lifeless in her bed two months ago has been ruled a homicide, authorities said Friday.
Cops were called to Jennifer Richard’s South Richmond home on 115th St. about 6:20 p.m. on June 24 after she was found dead in bed.
The city Medical Examiner on Thursday ruled Richard’s death a homicide following an extensive autopsy, officials said.
The cause of the 26-year-old woman’s death was not immediately disclosed, but sources with knowledge of the case said it looks like she was strangled.
There was a “suspicious irritation” on her neck, sources said.
No arrests have been made.
