When you gotta go, you gotta go.

That’s what a New Jersey man argued with an unwavering flight crew during a flight from JFK to Los Angeles that was forced to make an emergency landing Thursday night.

Jwan Levar Curry, 41, was pulled off the Alaska Airlines plane in Kansas City, Mo. after he made a stink about having to wait for the coach bathroom to free up, while the first class toilets were empty.

“You’re wrong to make seven people wait here to use the bathroom while the whole bathroom up there is empty,” Curry said in a video shared on Instagram. “I don’t care how much money you’ve got. It ain’t about money. We’re trying to use the bathroom.”

Curry, clad Jets baseball cap and a Robby Anderson jersey, never threatened anyone, according to the video, but when an attendant said they would land the plane and call the police, he said they should.

“They’d rather let the bathroom be empty up there than have eight people wait in line to use the bathroom while there are two bathrooms empty in the front and you going to tell me that you’re calling the police? Call the police!” he said. “(This is the) wrong cat you’re f-----g with. I’m not that $30,000 a year dude. I make more money than you do.”

The pilot re-routed the plane to Kansas City International Airport because of the “passenger disturbance” a spokesman for Alaska Airlines said.

Curry was restrained on the airplane until he could be taken into custody.

He’ is charged with disturbing the peace and making excessive noise, although the FBI may tack on other charges at a later date.
