Man, 33, killed in Brooklyn drive-by shooting

A killer in a Jeep fatally shot a man in the head as he stood outside a Brooklyn home Thursday night, police said.

The 33-year-old victim was standing in front of a house on E. 28th St. near Cortelyou Road in East Flatbush just before 8:50 p.m. when the shooter opened fire, hitting him once in the head.

An acquaintance loaded the victim into a car and headed to Kings County Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved.

Police were still looking for the shooter Thursday night, and the victim’s name has not yet been released.
