Robert De Niro isn’t mincing words about President Trump’s defenders.
“F--k ’em,” he said on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” on Sunday. “F--k ’em.”
The revered Oscar-winning actor let loose after host Brian Stelter noted the president’s supporters at Fox News take exception with De Niro’s opposition to Trump.

"Fuck em," De Niro replies. "Fuck em."

After dropping the f-bomb, De Niro, who’s starring in Martin Scorsese’s new epic “The Irishman," looked offstage and said, “Sorry.”
“This is cable, so it’s not a (Federal Communications Commission) violation,” Stelter tut-tutted, “but it is still a Sunday morning.”
De Niro’s comments recalled his denunciation of the commander-in-chief at last year’s Tony Awards, when he used another f-bomb to slam Trump.
“This guy should not be president, period,” De Niro said in Sunday’s interview. “We are in a moment in this country where this guy is like a gangster,” said the “Goodfellas” star.
“We’re in a terrible situation,” he added. “And this guy just keeps going on and on and on without being stopped.”
Following the June 2018 Tony Awards, Trump called De Niro “Punchy” and said he had a low IQ.
