The widow of late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has found light after darkness.

Talinda Bennington announced her engagement two years after her husband took his own life.

“I am here to tell you that you can find love after tragedy,” Bennington wrote on Instagram Friday about her fiancé Michael F. “That a death of a soulmate does not mean the death of you."

Bennington, 42, continued to say her “family, friends, and my Linkin Park brothers welcome him to the family with open arms.”

While she vowed to “continue to honor Chester and continue my life’s mission to make his passing not in vein,” she told followers, “You CAN have space in your heart for grief, joy, happiness, sadness, and love.”

Following the singer’s death in July 2017 at age 41, E! reports his widow helped launch 320 Changes Direction, an program to help friends and family of people who struggle with addiction and mental illness.

Bennington frequently posts about her late husband, with whom she shares three children: 8-year-old twins Lila and Lily, and 13-year-old son, Tyler.
